ABOUT US

Married couple, Beatrice age 37 from Chicago and Sebastien age 34 from Brussels traveling the globe since August 2014. After living around Spain for 4 years, we started out our traveler's dream of #vanlife in a 1986 VW T3 around Europe. When that ended, we sold our beloved van/home and are now backpacking through Asia. We are part of WWOOFing and WORKAWAY communities, besides Couchsurfing and have had wonderful experiences with all three. We also volunteer about 25% of our time to Vipassana meditation centers around the world.

someone i knew hosted. i thought it was so odd, then gave it a try myself and now think it's a wonderful way to meet really interesting people and get to know more about our beautiful world through cultural exchanges

Seb has jumped out of airplanes 24 times
Bea has visited 40 countries...and counting
the sky of the mid-night sun in Lofotan Island, Norway
fireflies at night in the rice fields in Dharamsala, India
the purple spring flowers in the forest of Halle, Belgium

...and that's way more than 1!
