ABOUT ME

Hej!
Im Sebastian, living in them peaceful western parts of Gothenburg, Sweden.

The meeting of new people is something i value very high, with the exchanging and sharing of thoughts, beliefs and ideas as a big part of ones own personal developement. Im therefore very keen to let couchsurfing continue being a part of my everyday life.

As a person I think Im pretty easy to deal with, even though I get along better with some than with others. I try to live as honest towards myself and as friendly towards the people around me as I can, and Im curious about almost everyone and everything. I like to think, to read, and to get inspired by all kinds of things, wether its art, people, ideas, nature or the city itself. I very much like travelling, mainly cause it gets you a good perspective at your everyday life, but also cause you get to meet new people and get influenced by new places.

Very soon i´ll be filling my days with studies in sociology, bike riding, some work, music and discussions about life, politics and culture.

PHILOSOPHY

Hmm.. to be as nice and honest as possible. and to believe in people. and to think critically. and to do excactly what i want to, but always with the worlds unjustice in the back of the head.
Im a vegetarian cause i dont see the point in mistreating animals when not necessary, and i would probably vote for the socialists, the feminists or the green party if there was an election today.

Movies: Political or existential movies mainly. Also ones with a strange or suggestive tone.
Music: Everything from Dead Prez to Leonard Cohen via bumping klezmer tunes and emotional electronica/pop choirs. Love them old ska tracks one moment, and the fast swing/jazz vibes the other. And then the fantastic protest songs and...
Books: Mainly swedish and russian litterature. Right now a lot of classic ones, origin: everywhere.
