ABOUT ME

I'm a crafty queer latina femme. I love dancing and am obsessed with music (really tho). I'm a creadora of many sorts. Mostly my passion lies in making wearable color magic via clothing and jewelry out of up-cycled materials and indigenous textiles from South America. Right now I'm working on a line of big earrings made from my textile scraps, fringe, and other findings. I'm also really into cooking food and eating it. Love my friends, family & community!
I'm working on staying healthy and working towards living my dreamz of living off my craft. I'm currently applying to grad school & working on integrating more narrative into my work-- where I explore the relationship between fashion and identity- culture + gender, with a politicized and global lens.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have couchsurfed throughout the places I call my home, the West Coast as well as Colombia & other places throughout South America. Have also hosted folks from all over the world in my home in Arcata, CA and here in Brooklyn, NY.
