ABOUT ME

i'm a very curious person and love nothing better than a great conversation with open-minded people with unconventional explanations. Be warned though, i tend to say "hmmm... interesting" quite a bit. It's crazy, but as much as I say it, I really mean it. I love sports, the outdoors, parks, museums and music... especially local live music. I've been looking for one of those down and dirty, organic blues or jazz clubs, no luck so far, but let me know if there are around you. maybe i can visit.

Just slowly getting back into it. Used to host quite a bit in Philly and had the occasional surf.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Been absolutely awesome. Met a number of real cool people from all over... Particularly love how similar, yet different we all are. Might be obvious to the really smart folks, or might be a result of the overwhelming cultural globalization underfoot, but isn't interesting how we are all kinda sorta into the same things, doing the same things and almost thinking the same? The nuanced differences are ever more interesting and we're definitely not ever going to discover them in the resorts.
