Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surfed a couch in Oman back in 2010. I'm hoping to surf some couches in Colombia this summer. I hope to host a few people in Philadelphia before that happens.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Me and my dad went looking for nesting sea turtles on a deserted beach near Ras al Hadd in the Sultanate of Oman. We weren't finding many turtles but the night was full of stars and the water was full of bioluminescent critters so that the edge of each wave was a line of glowing blue and as we walked we left a trail of glowing footprints. Then, right as we were about to call it a night, we came upon 50 freshly hatched baby sea turtles, each one the size of my palm. All of them crawling towards the ocean and the moonlight.
