My name is Selen. I moved to Turkey from Germany in 2003. I lived in Izmir and than I moved to Istanbul. Here, I met by husband. His name is Korel. We lived together for 2,5 years and than decided to marry. We are a happy couple.
We have a flat which belongs to us and we can offer a separate room for our guest. We have everything which belongs to a sweet home. We also are pet-friendly. Our guinea pig is a member of our family.
My profession is being a specialist for international trade and logistics in a well-known company which is distributing medical gloves and disposables and Korel is a shop-owner.
We are a modern and open-minded couple and love to spend time together. My hobbies are jogging and field-target shooting. The hobbies of Korel are playing darts and home-brewery.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing, to meet new friends from different countries. As a couple we want to have friends from all over the world. We are living in a multi-national city and as a result we want to be international, too. I have the ability and time to show friends around. I can suggest where to go and what to eat. If we don't want to go anywhere, we can sit at home; drink something and watch TV.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like the world of music. For example, Jazz, Classical, Pop...
We prefer to watch TV series like The Grimm, Sense 8, Lucifer an others.
I like to take walks near the Bosphorus; my flat is near to the seaside. I like making sports after work in the evenings.
