Helloooo! My name is Selena and I am 23 years old. I have developed a deep appreciation for getting to know communities stretching across the world who are involved in all forms of life since volunteering and doing other forms of travel. My most recent time in studying and volunteering has encouraged my desire to continue traveling to see what else is out there beyond my small town.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've volunteered in Athens, Greece with a grassroots organization called Project Elea in the Eleonas Refugee Camp a couple different times over the past two years. Together, we offer humanitarian aid in the form of basic need like food and clothing, self-expression groups, recreational activity, preschool/kindergarten, language courses in english/german/french, and more. Residents from all over the Middle East and African in community with volunteers from each continent of the world have proven to me the ability of the human race despite all the hardship that runs rampant. There is always hope of more.
