Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

It all started 2010 when we planned our trip to New Zealand. We heard about this Couchsurfing thing and wanted to give it a try.
Since then I surfed and hosted multiple times in New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, France and on the Balkans.
Recently I rediscovered Couchsurfing and I would like to use it more often - most of the time hosting though, since work doesn’t allow me that much travelling anymore.

Interessen

I enjoy doing a lot of sports: Badminton, Bouldering, Soccer, Biking, Running, Volleyball and Ultimate Frisbee :)
Recently I started my garden balcony which is developing great. Already thinking on how to improving it even more next year.
Most of my holidays are still somehow related to hiking, but I enjoy city trips more and more.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I prefer concerts (indie rock!) over books and theater, but from time to time I am up for the later as well.

Owning an e-piano since christmas (2014…) and would love someone to show me some bits and pieces on it, since I am still pretty much a beginner.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

A bunch of durch girls and me were at Sandfly Beach, Otago Peninsula, New Zealand. We`ve spottet a sea lion coming closer to the beach. Finally, it came ashore walking on his fins just 10m in front of us. This looked so funny we all cracked down laughing.
Just a couple minutes later we`ve seen penguins coming out of the water and walking into the dunes as well. Just amazing!
