About Me

Born and raised in the hussle and bussle of London, but from with a Spanish-Moroccan background. Love any body of water, the sea, the river, a little stream, even a good ol' puddle... I could not be any happier than when I'm wading around.
Have traveled some, but have a lot more yet to see! I'd like to think I'm friendly and open, no need to be shy here. Love food, when it's fresh and delicious, and like to cook up simple tasty meals! I'm no masterchef but I like to have a go.
Adore music, most beats will get me moving but I love nothing more than a random jam (I'm not a musician myself but I've developed the skill to play percussion with pretty much any surface that comes my way).

Any questions throw them at me, I'll be more than happy to answer!
Much love,
Selma

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've kissed a giraffe. With tongue. The love was unrequited

Dance (my interpretation of) samba in Pedra do Sal in Rio in torrential rain to live band of a Monday night. Had a great time!

Skydived in Byron Bay and decided I want to be a bird when I grow up.

Walked a few miles through the bush into WA because our van was more of a clown car.

Spent 4 days on a sailboat off the Whitsundays and learnt a spot of sailing! Hopefully one day I'll get to trim the sails again.

I also love to skinny dip. Because, who doesn't?

Teach, Learn, Share

Meeting people is my number 1 favourite way of learning and I'd like to think that maybe I have something I too can pass on.
I love to hear and share stories and have random, far too long conversations about life at ungodly hours of the night over a beer.
I also love to learn skills from those around me. Though I may not be any good, I love getting a chance to learn to play an instrument or juggle, swear in another language or how to tie funky knots.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Great big smile, and a good laugh (I do a lot of that). Good music, food, and any of my favourite spots.

I like to share beer too. And then a whisky or two!
