About Me

I recharge my energy with books, online courses and my family. And I spend my energy on traveling, adventures and new experiences. Mountains give me a special kind of energy and feeling of content,
and hiking makes me happy.

I love having long conversations specially about things like self-actualization, perceptions, inherent values and beliefs, personal experiences, physical and mental health etc. I don't have a habit of engaging in small talk. I'm an introvert who loves talking one on one but doesn't like talking in groups.
Learning about spirituality, intellectual humility, humbleness and how to be a better person makes me happy. Another thing that makes me happy is volunteering and working with children.
My constant struggle is to be more mindful in order to live life to the fullest and be the best version of my self.
My main aim in traveling is trying to get as close as possible to the experiences/lifestyle/beliefs of the people in that country. I try to learn from every person I meet and every place I see, this is why I like visiting countries that humble me. I also appreciate places and people that make me get out of my comfort zone.

I like remembering this Maslow's quote as it reminds me to work towards my full potential: "A musician must make music, an artist must paint, a poet must write, if he is to be ultimately happy. What a man can be, he must be."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people and learning about their perspectives of the world, and their experiences.
Couchsurfing for me is a great way to get out of my comfort zone and trust that there are generous, humble people out there who are willing to share their experiences with others.
I think everyone should aim to see and experience as much as possible in this world, and couchsurfing facilitates that.
