Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For now, I have been surfing (with a great pleasure, and each of my CS surfings turned out into amazing experiences!!) and meeting surfers in Istanbul. I hope I will be able to host as soon as possible.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Amazing! From meeting surfers in ıstanbul, showing them around to surfing in South-east of Turkey - where I just fell in love with people and their hospitality; having great fun in Edirne and soon I hope to have some more chances to make other CS experiences:)

Music, Movies, and Books

Amelie is the movie which can make me smile even after twenty times I've seen it:) Loved also The Illusionist, Incendies, Eskiya, No Man's Land, The Parade, Losers' Club, Seven, Catch me if you can, Soul Kitchen and thousands more:)
Books: too many of them worth mentioning, but I would definitely mark off Dervish and the death, and The Fortress by Mesa Selimovic. Two books that I could read over and over again, as it was the first time! Kind of a bible for me.
Gipsy music is the one I enjoy the most. Also like jazz, funky, some good pop, and ofcourse sevdah - traditional bosnian folk music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moving to another country (probably the most beautiful one in the world:) when I was 18 really changed my priorities in life and influenced positively my personality.
More than things done or seen, I would always rather point out some amazing people I've met.

Teach, Learn, Share

Being curious about other people's stories, I am trying to absorbe as much as possible about different cultures, way of living, personal philosophies, food, music, dance, languages..
I am also happy if I can share something "mine" with other people, wheter it is my language, culture, history etc.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am always happy to share a good meal or glass of wine and in Parma, where I currently live, there is pleeeenty of good food and some amazing wine :)

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Serbia, Spain, Turkey

Countries I’ve Lived In
