I am proud of my self . Because I am the first woman in my family going abroad and travel. It is gonna be my first solo trip. Unfortunately I will go back to turkey very soon and I will be stuck in the boring worklife 😀😀. Before going to Turkey, I want to collect nice memories and adventures to tell my students,nephews and nieces to make them brave for traveling.

My name is Sema. I am Turkish volunteering in Estonia. I am a kindergarden teacher working with kids in Estonia. I like to draw doodles. These days I am obsessed with punch needles 🪡. It is kind of mindfulness for me. I enjoy cooking:) but I can’t say I am the best cooker:)))). I can share a couple of traditional recipes with you:).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to take some advice about city.I am a volunteer that is why I have no enough money to stay hotel or hostel. Also I would like to meet nice people which is my manifesto:). Unfortunately I will go back to Turkey and I will work hardly. I have never had opportunities to meet people coming from different cultures. I think this is the best way to meet people. I want to share something and I am teacher who I will tell my students. It may make them be eager to learn about different cultures. Also of course for my family:).

I like to read novels. I like especially Russian literature. One of is my fav writer is Nabokov. I enjoy watching some iconic movies such as , god father, Leon, matrix. But these days I am a big fun “Dune”.

I moved to Estonia on my own and survived in Estonia’s weather:). I have lived amongst the reserved people.
Also, I am the first woman in my family to learn foreign language and travel another countries:)))).
