ABOUT ME

I'm 27 y.o. girl, born and raised in St.Petersburg, currently working for one Dutch shipping company. I used to dance a lot in past and even worked as a dance teacher for quite some time, but now it's more of a hobby that I enjoy a lot. Also I used to perform as an assistant of illusionist for 2 years. So far I've been to 38 countries, let's see which one is going to become my next destination. As any conscientious couchsurfer I'm down for any kind of new interesting experiences and I'm curious enough.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Both showing around and hosting couchsurfers from Russia, Belarus, the United States, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Italy, Turkey, Netherlands, Argentina, China, France, Colombia, Germany, Malaysia, Brazil, to be continued :)My first surfing experience took place in Belarus (spent 4 great days in Minsk) and then I've spent 4 months in America in 2011, so I've experienced surfing in many different cities and states. Then surfing in Latvia, Germany, Spain, Italy, Iceland, Lithuania, Estonia, Denmark, Ukraine and Netherlands.

Our local CS events of 2012-2013 turned out to be awesome, I've met a lot of nice people there and some of them are my friends even now.

Intereses

Dutch, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Serbian, Georgian, comparative and historical linguistics, geography, dancing, gym and traveling obviously

1. My first class at Millennium dance complex in North Hollywood, California. That's when you realize what Unity in diversity means)
2. Shooting Cremation show for my friend who's one of the illusionists participating in "Surprise me" TV-show about magicians. I was one of his assistants and dancers and I had to pour napalm so that the corpse could burn properly.
3. The process of making home-distilled vodka, so-called gorilka, with my grandfather when I was about 9 years old and spent whole summer in some lost and forgotten Ukrainian village.
4. Every spontaneous road trip in the United States was absolutely awesome - it's impossible to choose the best one. One of them included staying at some random tattoo parlour in Orange County for 2 days.
