About Me

Hi everyone, I'm Sem: a 21-year old student from the Netherlands who is currently living in Granada, Spain. I've absolutely fallen in love with this city and the region of Andalucia in general. Because of all the people I'm meeting here and the stories they are telling me, I feel more inspired and excited than ever to explore the world.

I love traveling and road- and citytrips. Up to this moment, I have been travelling with family and friends, but I would also like to travel completely alone in the near future. I feel like the best way to get to know a place is by staying with people who live there, for they can show you how to experience life as a local.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

THIS WILL BE MY FIRST COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE; EXCITED TO START!

I haven't been part of the couchsurfing community for a long time yet, but I'm really excited to start this new way of exploring the world. I could be telling you about how I think sharing is caring, but you know I wouldn't be on this site if this wasn't the case ;).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moving to Granada to study anthropology here!

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to improve my Spanish, but I'm open to learn about whatever subject; philosophy, gastronomy, astrology... Also, I could help you improve your English (or Dutch if anyone is interested ;))

Furthermore, as I'm a student of anthropology, I am very interested in hearing different world views and share mine with you.

Currently also learning how to enjoy eating things like olives and goat cheese :)
