"To laugh is the sunshine of the soul. Nothing can live and grow without sunshine"

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: I love to go to the cinema. The atmosphere, sound and screen is great. I'm missing only the couch :( What kind of movies do I prefer? Everything and nothing special. I skip only horror films. My last movie (11 march 09) was 'Slum dog Millionaire'

Music: My CD collection has a big variety of Austrian-German, German-German, Italian, English, Arabic-Orientalic and Turkish music. And the genres are also mixed.

Books: Where should I start!!?? I have more than 500 books. It is awful when I have to move this books from the old apartment into the new and at that time my friends are not very happy about my library. Of course I have also here a lot of very different kind of books, but still I can say one book is my favorite! It is from Franz Kafka and the name of the book is "Der Prozess (The trial)".

What's with Musicals, Theaters, Operas etc???? I thing it is very interesting :) It is an other way - maybe a bit old fashioned, but still with an amazing high quality and for me fascinating - of a cinema movie. I'm now (I wrote this 10 March 09) in Manly (a suburb from Sydney/Australia) and after 6 month of travelling without a possibility to go to a western theater, I'm looking forward to go to the Sydney Opera house. They have an amazing mix of different genres: Madame Butterfly (opera) via Metamorphosis from Franz Kafka (theater) to Bach Voices (music).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
