ABOUT ME

I play the saxophone in several bands, and have some solo projects of my own as well, mostly improvised music and freejazzy stuff. I guess my playing occupies most of my time. I also enjoy sleeping, eating, hats, jazz, wollen socks, climbing, reading, wine, mango, klezmer, tea, Hercule Poirot and old people.

Interests

Climbing, cooking, littature, computer games, yoga, grafitti and street art, jazz, philosophy, contemporary music, arts in general and improvisation in (almost) every form.

Music: Anything from John Cage and Feldman, via The Smiths to Ornette Coleman to old tapes with 70 Thai Funk. Reading right now: The Shock Doctrine (Naomi Klein), and The Mecanism of Mind by Edvard de Bono. Always going back to Bulgakov, Kerouac, John Donne, Bukowski.
