Overview
About Me
Hi everyone! My name is Seong and I currently live in Boston. I love comedy (improv and standup) as well as fitness so I plan much of my activities around that. That being said, visiting museums and trying new types of food have become a close second of mine! My travel experience has mostly been to a few cities like:
New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, Seoul (South Korea), and hiking adventures up in New Hampshire
What better way to expand that experience than to stay with locals and connecting with awesome people?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
All the cities I've traveled to (NYC, Chicago, Seoul) have been through crashing on someone's couch. Those experiences have been much, much more fun than staying at a hotel (mostly because you get to connect with people!).
Interests
I really like physical activity like biking, running, hiking, Crossfit as well as fueling those activities with new types of cuisine. Aside from that, I love watching improv and stand-up and would definitely try to check out a comedy show wherever I am. Generally, I like trying new things (don't know if I've never tried).

Music, Movies, and Books
Books:
For a while I've read a lot of non-fiction (a lot of science, biographies, and business books) but now I'm on more of a fiction-bent. Notably some are: The autobiography of Malcom X, A Confederacy of Dunces, Growth Hacker Marketing
Movies:
Jiro Dreams of Sushi, Harry Potter Series, City of God
Music:
I'm sorta floating now. For a while hip-hop was my jam (Blu & Exile, Roots) and now digging more of the funk/electronic (Bondax etc.)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I built a web app called "Trending View" during college that told you how busy the dining halls and gyms were so any student could get a sense of how long the "wait" would be to 1) get food or 2) avoid a crowded gym
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to do an Olympic Squat, make the most out of brussel sprouts, find peace through basic meditation, or the basic gist of how to survive in South Korea.
Also, I will drink with you as long as I'm free.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Other than a great guest, I'd say connections, stories, and a drinker.
