Hello, I’m a Korean motion graphic designer. I have a plan to travel Europe for design from March. After I quit a design company, I have been working as a freelance designer. I hope I want to get design sources and inspiration from new cultures and the local sharing my idea about design.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The reason I have searched for couch surfing, not hotel, is that I would like to meet people and share my thoughts with the local, and if that works out well, maybe a genuine friendship could be made which is far more valuable than only visiting tourist attractions. Building a friendship through travel is awesome. Sharing each other’s(who meet on travel) thoughts will be the best experience in my travel.

Interests

I love activities.

I love almost ball games such as soccer, basketball, table tennis and bowling,
lately I am interested in cross fit and kick boxing. I feel alive when I exercise working up a sweat.

In contrast, I have some of sedentary hobbies. For example, listening to music and playing the violin are some of my sedentary hobbies.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don’t know much about classical music, but I often enjoy listening to famous classical music, Especially I like cello solos such as Variations on a rococo theme by Tchaikovsky.

I also enjoy listening to ballads or pops. Some of my favorite foreign musicians are Jason Mraz, Bruno Mars, Adele, Sam smith and Maroon 5.

The best movies I've ever seen are whiplash, madmax, About time.

Teach, Learn, Share

Korean is my native language, and my English is intermediate. My English is good enough to ,at least ,convey my idea even if sometimes it takes a while. I’m a very sociable person, so I believe I can have fun conversation with anyone with my positive energy which will definitely brighten the mood.

If asked, I’m willing to teach Korean, design and art for our sakes.
