Young engaged participant of this world. Aware of what happens on this globe.

I'm very social, music and dance addict (wide scale of preferences of music, concerts, DJ-ing, jamming,...), dancing professional (Lindy Hop, blues, jazz routs and the rich world of swing), active culture participant, searching for sustainable ways to live, doing a lot of 'body-movement', guiding in a lot of ways (movement & dance teacher, animator, therapist, good friend).

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Sharing, inviting and exchanging: acts from the heart. I am used to receive people @ home. After an Erasmus exchange, jobs 4 an international organization and being an international performer and.dance teacher i regularly go abroad to work or visit friends, and I even receive more of them. When people come to Ghent or elsewhere, I like to provide them the possibility to taste a varied pallet of what we have to offer here: the food, the city, the drinks, the local habits and specialty's, the culture, the party's, the nature, the people,...

Also at home where my family lives, people always have been welcome to join for dinner or to stay for the night. I am happy we have the same attitude @ home and that we like to share facility's and thoughts!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a big bunch of Taiwanese people (5) @ my place in Ghent. Really nice experience.

Directly, without using coach surfing I already hosted over a 100! Friends from all over the world. Mostly dances but also people true CS.

Some, especially simple daily things. Things everybody does or can do. Just hiking around on our globe seeing things as hey are. Beautiful in there simplicity; light that gives us color, contours and structure, odors, behavior of people, flaura, fauna, animals... And music, and Lester Young... ;)
