ABOUT ME

My name is Caroline. I don't live in Lewes, I live in the village of Plumpton.
I currently teach art and dabble in performance work. I live in a cottage on the edge of a wood with 2 cats. Matthew also lives here and is the manager of a local mineral water well. We are lucky to have beautiful walks, lakes and the downs on our doorstep- please note we are fairly isolated. There is a train station 20 minutes walk away.
I like to meet new people and try to be as thrifty as possible along the way. I am an artist, trained in Sculpture. I travelled the states and used couch surfing to stay from Seattle to New Orleans and would like now I have a place and a sofa bed to pay it forward.

I love reading and all things theatre related and am re-learning fiddle. I like folk music and avocados and I love animals of all kinds. I also have an avid interest in puppetry and performance and mask. I also love nature and walking, stories and meeting like-minded people.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I Love Tom Robbins, I have followed The Artists Way on previous travels. I love folklore, folk tales, myths and legends. I've read nearly everything there is to read by Neil Gaiman and made a puppet show from my favourite. I like Phillip Pullman and anything fantasy based, also George Orwell.

I like people who are animal-lovers, peformers, artists, nature folk, fools, musicians, writers, hitchhikers, bakers, knitters, sculptors, postmen, firemen, teachers, students, opera singers, acrobats, playwrights, therapists, marine biologists and wine makers but I am not exclusive to anybody who is not any of the above.
