Overview
About Me
I’m passionate about people, cultures, and creating positive impact wherever I go. My journey has taken me through over 20 years of international work in education, humanitarian action, and well-being — from managing large-scale programs in challenging environments to helping individuals heal and reconnect with themselves as a certified Craniosacral Therapist.
I love deep conversations, sharing stories, and learning from others’ life experiences. While my professional side is all about strategy, community development, and trauma-informed care, my personal side enjoys simple pleasures — walking by the sea, cooking together, or exploring new places with a curious spirit.
I believe kindness, respect, and a good laugh can connect people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
