Overview
About Me
We are Serena and Jared, otherwise musically known as a wacky and wonderful band of farming musicians with a radical agricultural project in Allgäu, southern Germany, where all the work is done by hand and everyone is welcome to come harvest whatever they like for free. (We call it “Universal Basic Nourishment.”) We produce the Euros we use by performing our eclectic, honest, hand-made music in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. If you’d like to get a closer look/listen (farm, music, us) see www.thestringbeanparty.com
Anyways, we’ve decided to leave the comfort of our beautiful farm to make a pilgrimage over land and sea to the Ecuadorian equator via North America (where we are currently visiting friends and family) this coming autumn and winter. We're hoping to make several stops along the way :)
p.s. We haven't spent much time using this site as we are mostly home at the farm in Germany and always manage to have a perpetually over full house without making posts on the internet. We know what it means to host.
