About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Recently, a wise professor told my class that right now, we are more free than we ever will be again in our lives. And I fully intend on taking advantage of that freedom! I want to explore and experience every nook and cranny of this old planet.
ABOUT ME
Hey there! My name is Megan, and I'm a college student from Ohio. I left US soil for the first time last year, when I studied abroad in China. And I just returned from another bout in the tiny kingdom of Bhutan (with a couple days in Thailand. Never experienced such extreme temperature variations before!). I've learned that traveling makes me more happy than just about anything else. There's more to see than can ever be seen. More to do than can ever be done. There's far too much to take in here. More to find than can ever be found...wait, that's the Lion King. ^__^
PHILOSOPHY
âHappiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the lightâ - Albus Dumbledore.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
To date, I've only surfed, but I'd love to host someday. I love meeting new people and sharing adventures with them. Quiet nights and conversation are also nice.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I couchsurfed this past summer in NYC! Amazing, unforgettable experience. Can't wait to give it another go.

Teach, Learn, Share
I love to cook and bake! I'm a vegetarian, but I certainly have no qualms with carnivores. I think one of the best ways to get to know someone is to prepare a meal together.
