HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love meeting new people, exchanging information, and then learning from each other. I haven't couch surfed through this site yet, but I imagine that's a lot of what it's about!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Wow, I've slept on lots of couches and floors in my lifetime. There is nothing better than having someone welcome you into their home and you doing the same for them.

兴趣

Surfing, snowboarding, soccer, traveling, photography, writing emails in long trains of thought, english breakfast tea lattes (actually all yummy tea), wearing silly flare, driving with the windows down and the music loud, hot tubs in the snow, bbq's, camping, black and white images, beat writing, good memoirs/coming of age novels, riding my bike and my skateboard from place to place instead of getting in my car, learning the lyrics to new music, snowball fights, great 80s music, good bourbon, my older brothers, my nieces and nephews, goofing around.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

In rural Armenia I saw a bunch of strangers, just bystanders really, get together and push a bus off a man who was trapped underneath it. He ended up being OK in the end too. Amazing.

I've also see an entire beach covered (seriously, covered) with the crabs that have those cool turban shells on their backs, you know the kinds you collect, on a small island in Panama. It was at night by the light of the moon.

I'm a photographer thus I'd say that I have an above average knowledge of digital SLR cameras (ie: cameras that you can change lenses on or can change the shutter speed or f-stop). I am also fairly good at photoshop and InDesign. I'd totally be willing to show you a few things.

I'd love to be a bit better at the piano, and to snowboard back country better. Oh!!! And I would love to learn how to ride a motorcycle!!!
