Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing was a bizarre thing for me until my friend introduced me to it after he had some nice experiences with people he was staying with in Europe. And while staying in America for the summer2016, we thought that it can be great for us to see cities we're going to, through people living there. We met some really lovely, kind and helpful people over our stays, made some friendships that are not gonna be forgotten soon and I look forward to meeting people from CS in the future.

I'm super into TV shows. Supernatural, Skam, Vikings, Hannibal, True Blood, OITNB, Black Sails, GoT, BoJack Horseman, Westworld, Arrested Development, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Girls, Shameless, Archer, Rick and Morty, Sons of Anarchy, Mad Men, Black Mirror, Arrow, The Flash, Brooklyn 99, Sherlock, 30 Rock, Parks and Recreation, Futurama, Community, Weeds, AHS, Breaking Bad, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Orphan Black, Stranger Things, Gotham etc. I could talk about it whole day, everyday :D

Football (soccer) is my thing. I care about other sports as well but priority will always be football. My team? Real Madrid.

I like hanging out with people and since I'm living in a student dorm, that comes naturally.

I'd say that I like to cook too. I am vegetarian but that doesn't stop me from preparing or trying anything. While traveling, showing some of Slovenian cuisine is a thing I am doing, successfully or not to be debated. I love trying food from all over the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Decided to go and work in United States for 2 summers in a row and then first year traveled around a country for a month and sharing experineces with people from Couchsuring and my second year roadtripped with a car from east to west coast.
I have also spent one semester abroad, studying in Galicia, NW of Spain.

I know how to prepare amazing Slovenian desserts. All in all, I consider myself a good cook, so let me know if you want to try out some of my specials.
One of the main points why I love traveling is languages. I love learning them, because they have an unique way of showing ones culture. I wouldn't mind sharing some of the Slovenian words with you.
