Hi! We are a Spanish couple that are traveling the world with an educational project and we will enjoy artistic residencies in some countries. We have a Puppetry and Circus company called Naranjarte (http://www.naranjarte.com/en/about-us/) and we are performing in different countries around the world too. We travel with two backpacks, one of them full of puppets and contact juggling spheres.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We started Couchsurfing with the project of traveling the world, that began in September 2017.
We will be mainly working as volunteers in schools and performing and we would love to be part of this community in order to meet new people and local traditions and culture. It would be great too to have this extra help in saving money while staying at different places and being able to keep developing our project and sharing what we know, trying to live differently too and according to our what we dream for;)

Music, Movies, and Books

Our favorite music is Reggae, Blues, Rock and Jazz. We love watching movies and lots of series. Ana Loves reading novels and recently she has been reading travel books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We have been on tour with our show around France and Netherlands through different festivals. We have also performed at Fringe Festival 2011 in Edimburgh, Scotland.
Sergio has worked with several circus projects and brands and Ana has travelled with her family to Africa several times for cooperation.
Ana traveled around SouthAmerica during 8 months in 2007 and it was mainly there where she got the travel bug.

Teach, Learn, Share

We are puppeteers, circus artists, teachers and educators. Sergio minds and does nursing and he is also a coach. He loves sharing his juggling and circus skills and loves playing games. Ana is an English teacher in Spain and loves kids. She also loves playing and sharing her puppets.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can share food recipes, puppet games and circus skills, we are performers so we would love to show you some of what we do!
