About Me

Hello! I'm Sergio, a friendly guy who wants to meet people from everywhere and discover their worlds, tasting their typical foods and visiting awesome places.

I have grown in Spain so I like talking with everybody about anything! I think all of us have a good story to share with others of each travel we've made, the importance is in details!

Unfortunately, as a student of sciences related with medicine and health in Spain, I can't live independent so I can't offer my house to stay by now.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm Couchsurfing because I think is the best way to get cheap stay and to know people who can show the secrets from their cities and places that a common tourist can't find. Moreover, you realize how local people actually live in those places, so you experiment really that city.

Interests

I'm interested in music, arts, science... politics as well. I also really like movies and series but, being honest, I don't usually finish them (they are too long).

I like very much music festivals and concerts.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all kind of music. At this moment I listen to a lot of electronic music such as Jamie XX, Nicolas Jaar, Bonobo, Moderat... but also like very much blues music (for example John Lee, B.B King, Taj Mahal...) and jazz music (Miles Davis, Duke Ellington, Charlie Parker...). And also rock jaja and so on.

For books... On the road by Jack Kerouac and many others.

And movies... It is difficult to choose one, I prefer not to do it. jaja

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I like traveling with my friends so we took the plain tickets from Madrid to Belgium and nothing else. We were travelling around Belgium without knowing where we were going to sleep or what city we would visit the next day.

The same year I bought a ticket for Sonar Fest in Barcelona with a friend but he finally couldn't go so I decided to go along and try luck there. A good decision!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm studying Sanitary Biology in Alcala de Henares University, a degree related with investigation in the field of medicine and health.
