About Me

Hello! My name is Sergio and I'm a Mexican-American studying Psychology and Spanish at Northern Arizona University in small town Flagstaff, AZ. I go to work in the morning and school in the afternoon. Most of the money that I make from work I invest in traveling. I have gone to places in Central America, North America and Europe. I live in a house with rock climbers. I enjoy community service especially when in another country. My favorite thing to do is cook, read and of course travel. I live a very simple life and don't need much to be happy. I share a house with 4 of my friends (3 American, one Mexican) and our dog and we are a close family. When traveling, I prefer going to the small towns getting there by bus than the big cities on plane.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

There's a lot of nice people out there that have welcomed me into heir homes. Now I want to do the same whenever possible and enjoy life with other travelers.

During the summer of 2018, my girlfriend and I will be going on a 30 day trip through western Europe. We want to meet new people from the countries we visit who will give us the culture side of the city and town. My experience is that couch surfing will give you the best type of person a city can offer and will always add something to your experience.

Interests

It sounds boring but I can be at my house cleaning and watching TV/ listening to music all day if the weather gets rough. But whenever I get the chance, I love going outdoors and hiking/hammocking. I love to meditate in nature. I enjoy cooking and explore different types of cuisine.
