Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've hosted only once and have been hosted a few times. All of my experiences have been awesome so far. I am in the process of relocating to the Silicon Valley in California, so I cannot host for the moment, but everyone is more than welcome as soon as I settle in.
Interests
Good tea, good conversations, and good books, science and technology, camping, nature and philosophy.
My guilty pleasure is art. I love architecture, drawing, sculpture and museums in general. I love diving deeply into other culture's art, especially contemporary art.
Music, Movies, and Books
David Bowie, Pink Floyd, Bonobo, Johnny Cash, Nujabes, Radiohead, Daft Punk, etc... Always open for new beats.
Into the Wild and The Fountain are some of my favorite movies.
The last book I read: "The sailor who fell from grace with the sea" by Mishiyama.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Getting lost in Mt. Misen in Japan when I barely knew how to ask for the time.
Climbing treetops at the Avenue of the Giants in Northern California.
Meeting the most awesome crowd in Medellin.
Swimming in the waterfalls of Bali.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Good conversations, housekeeping work, tiling and basic construction, farming, and English or Spanish lessons.
I also know my fair share of nutrition and exercise, so I can help with some tips.
I can let you practice hairdressing, dying and such with my hair.
I'll listen to your problems without judgement :)
