About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Get cape. Wear cape. Fly.

ABOUT ME

What can I say? I love having fun, meeting new people, trying new experiences. I love laughing and making people laugh. I love challenges. I love traveling. I love living :)

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy: http://www.kiriakakis.net/aday.html

"Visiting places without meeting the people is like going to a disco without music."

"The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes" (thanks Sabrina :)

"Why not? Is a slogan for an interesting life."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Ohhh I love CS!!! Whether you are hosting people from all over, surfing with warm locals, or attending meetings here or there, the experience is always enriching.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I "CSed" (if that is a word :P) all the way! Hosting, surfing, being a tour guide, hanging out, attending meetings, etc. Mostly when I was living in Cambodia and now that I am in Paris CSers contacted me to show them around the city and luckily I always found excellent and interesting people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Well, not that I have a list of all the songs, films or books that passed through my life, but let's think just to name a few:Music: Soda Stereo, one of the greatest Argentinian bands of all times. Try the album "Comfort y Música para volar".Film: The Shawshank Redemption is a great one, but just for the sake of not being soooo mainstream: Oldboy, a south korean masterpiece.Book: Le Petit Prince is a must-read.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I crossed a street in Hanoi. For real.

Teach, Learn, Share

One of my life mottos, well, out of the many I have, is that there is always something we can admire of every single person, hence, something worth learning. And if we cannot find that thing, it is due to our inability to do so, not because its lack of existence.
