ABOUT ME

I'm a 29 year old Swiss guy who loves getting to know new people. I finished my studies (International Tourism) a couple of years ago and been working in tourism since then. I have done quite some travelling myself (New Zealand, Australia, Kenya, USA, Canada and Europe) and therefore know how it is to be on a tight budget.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that everyone should get out there and see as much of the world as possible. And if you make some new friends along the way, even better!

I have a small but nice apartment and would love to welcome some guests from all around the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Apart from staying with friends of my friends on various couches throughout the world I only tried couchsurfing (the homepage) once while I was in Canada and absolutely loved it! Stayed with a woman in Kelowna who showed me around the city and told me all about couchsurfing and her experiences with it. That's when I decided I wanna try hosting guests myself.

Interessen

Love spending time with my friends and chill out. Can be a bit of a couch potatoe on hungover sunday, but also absolutely love partying or even just hang out by the lake, drink a beer and chat. Also like tennis and the outdoors, although I'm not that much of a hiker and biker.

Pretty much into commercial music like house, R'n'B, Pop, Rock and so on. But always open to new suggestions.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

If you ever get the chance to boat out into the black ocean at night, turn off all the lights and just watch the millions of stars, do it, it was one of the best moments of my life!

I grew up in Lucerne and am working for a local tourism organisation, so I know the region pretty well and am happy to share my knowledge with my guests.
