Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd like to get a deeper and more complexend experience of being in a country where I travel to. It's much more interesting to get new friends all over the world. As a political science student, I'm very passionate about discussing politics, so such cultural exchange will be extremely useful for me, because I'll be able to talk about a particular country's political situation with local inhabitants.

So, the main reasons are quite simple - cultural exchange, networking and a lot of new experience!

Interests

I’m really into sharing cultural experience and discover new horizons, so my interests are pretty much everything. So, if you have some stuff about, say, physics you want to share, I’ll gladly listen to you, despite the fact I’m studying political science.

Music:

- Loads of other stuff from Russian alternative rap or britpop to classical music or old school hip hop

Movies:
- Very passionate about documentaries of all sorts
- Favorite directors: Stanley Kubrick and Woody Allen
- Haven't got favorite movies, because it's extremely hard to choose one

Books:
- 'Brave New World' by Huxley (actually, I like all Huxley so much)
- 'Living My Life' by Emma Goldman
- Dostoyevsky's novels and stories

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went to an uninhabited island in southern Ukraine and survived after getting threatened by local wild hogs.
