About Me
“I, a stranger and afraid
In a world I never made.”
― A.E. Housman
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I live in a rural area, adjacent to the highway that connects the north-eastern part of Turkey (Samsun, Ordu, Giresun, Trabzon) to the inner-eastern cities (i.e. Erzurum, Gümüşhane) and I keep seeing bike-packers almost on a weekly basis. Being a cycling-enthusiast myself, I thought I could provide a place to rest for those in need. I know I would at least appreciate a breather before the climbs ahead. :)
Other peeps would also be welcome as long as they can provide transportation for themselves. Unfortunately, public transportation options are rather limited and I usually don't have the luxury of having a car at hand.
