The best experiences are when I stayed with locals. I want to experience a different side of the city. I usually avoid touristic spots. Sure in some cases, such as peeing boy is must in Brussels as there is no other thing to visit in the city, joking. :)
If I am alone (I like travelling alone btw), it is good to have a good accompany to hangout, for dinner, have a drink, party etc.
