ABOUT ME
My friends would say I am a traveller: I love to go places and explore. Looking for the unexpected, finding a new angle or just relax and observe the world around me. Meeting new people, exchange ideas and have fun. From Monday till Thursday I work as a projectmanager for an insurance company and in my spare time I volunteer in an animal shelter. Love dogs but don't have enough time to own one. So instead I have two big shelter-cats that I raised as dogs :)

You're welcome to surf my couch anytime, but I will have more time to spend with you from Friday till Sunday.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I always end up accidently couchsurfing, so this is a good way to give people a bit more notice in advance :) Looking forward to meeting new people through CS.

Interests

Travelling, scubadiving, experiencing nature at its best and worst, visiting museums of any kind, collecting trilobites (prehistorical bugs), photography, going to the movies, a good meal.

As far as music is concerned: anything goes aside from death metal and opera ;-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moments that will stick forever:
- the first light of a new day hitting the top of the world's highest mountain (Everest) while freezing my feet off in Basecamp
- the first time diving: to suddenly discover the world is much larger and much more unexplored than I previously thought.
