ABOUT ME

I've been in KC for three years. I spend a lot of time reading. My partner and I have been together for around six years. I'm into literature, queerness, and cooking. I work in the foster care world and we foster kids as well. (We don’t host couchsurfers while we have foster kids.)

PHILOSOPHY

I think everybody has this inside thing (like a soul) that comes from a bigger thing (like a giant ball of soul silly putty). Everyone is a part of everyone else and we are all the same, spiritually. I think we all have something to learn from everyone we meet.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This is a really rad way to connect with people all over the world. I've loved surfing so far and I'm excited to keep going.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed in Chicago in October 2013. Stayed with a really nice couple. It was totally awesome.

I surfed in Rapid City, SD with some very cool women in March 2015. That's where I climbed the giant rocks.

My partner and I have hosted a bunch of surfers and we’ve had awesome experiences meeting folks from around the world.

Interests

I dig cooking and eating vegetarian food. I like to read, sleep, and explore.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I climbed some really cool, giant rocks in South Dakota in March 2015. I felt like a superhero.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a good cook and I love when people eat my food. I am also a neat freak (about my own stuff) and more than willing to alphabetize and organize anything I can get my hands on. Also, I have lots of pictures of cats and babies to share with the world.
