About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To create a true vagabonding travel experience where ever I go. Living to travel NOT vacation. My job affords me the freedom to move through-out the planet.

ABOUT ME

I've always been a little different and love to defy norms. I have spent the last 10 years of my life in a haze of working to survive. I was convinced that I needed to have the American Dream to be happy. As you can guess, not of it really made me happy. In the midst of grasping at life's straws I spent 3 1/2 weeks traveling alone in Barcelona, Ibiza, and Paris. It changed everything! I was truly happy being lost and stumbling to do the simplest things like buy a sandwich, or cross the street. This was my Bliss! Nevertheless I had to come back to my job in the States and with it came the reality of my situation: my travels were just a moment.

Recently, the universe has allow for several liberating opportunities to converge on me at the same time. Reading The Alchemsist really put a stamp on my goals. I work from a computer so basically, all I need is an Internet connection to live. And by live I mean travel! I get to get back to what made me happiest and I can't wait for the endless adventures that wait for me!

PHILOSOPHY

Quit making excuses for all the things you can't do and start giving yourself reasons why you can. Live through action and a kind heart. The universe will take care of a pure spirit.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted a few people years ago when I first came back from Europe, but now I am looking forward to flipping that experience around. I love meeting people and get along with most. I want to share what I can bring to a home the same way that my guests shared themselves with me when I hosted.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My trip to Spain was going to be spent in hostels and back packing. On the flight to Barcelona the girl I sat by already offered me her couch. That's where it started. I had to bring that option back to the states in my house.

Interests

Playing music, going to shows, movies, classic novels, cooking, wine and food. I'm a very social person, but I can also hang with myself, too.

Pulp Fiction, a lot of indie movies no one ever heard of. I loooovvvee horror movies. My music is the same way, indie bands and underground hip hop. Been getting into dub step recently.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Changed my mindset on traveling from something I get to have to something I have to have.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm told that you can't be around me without being happy. I can teach you how to laugh at everything!

I'm a great cook and love doing it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook, clean, perform, tell jokes, great at telling stories.
