I was born in Holland and moved to Belgium and when I was a year old,. We then moved to Ireland when I was 13 years of age, where I grew up and lived till I moved to La Gomera, one of the Canary Islands in Spain.
Since 2012 I´ve been living and working in a retreat centre named Finca Argayall as one of the therapists as well as one of the cooks in the vegetarian kitchen
I´m also the mother of a 30 year old daughter who lives in Ireland

I find couchsurfing makes accommodation easier to find
and it´s a great way to meet people
with the possibilities to make new connections and friendships
but I am relatively new to me still

I have such a variety of taste in music it would be too hard for me to pick a favourite
One of my favourite books is called The Mists of Avalone . I also enjoy books that completely capture me and pull me into the story. As for movies again there are too many to choose from, but i don´t watch horrors or highly violent movies. I don´t enjoy movies that make me feel all tensed up.
