UPDATE (2022): We are currently out of Azerbaijan and traveling Europe.

Hello. We are couple travelers. Emil and Sevil, from Norway and Azerbaijan.
One day we both realized that we no longer want to live an uninteresting life, earning money doing something that does not make us happy, and we decided to explore ourselves and the world around us to find the way of life which is most inspiring for us.
So we decided to travel together and since then we was living few months in Montenegro, 6 months in Bali, and now it was more than 1 year in Baku, which was hometown for Sevil and absolute uncharted territory for Emil. Now we are ready to go on, and want try make close acquaintance with countries and who lives there via couchsurfing. So, we got a crazy idea and planned to reach Norway mostly by hitchhiking. We started our trip on 19.08 from Baku, Azerbaijan. The countries which we travelled since August, 2022 was Georgia, Turkey, Bulgaria, France, Netherlands, Denmark, and finally we reached Emil’s home in Oslo, Norway on 19 September. But sometimes we also used bus and plane, stayed with hosts in France and Denmark via CS, meet with host in Sofia for some beer, also it was very nice to stay in guesthouses in Georgia and at my aunt house in Holland. This was really amazing trip and we got so many impressions, feeling and experience during our trip.

SOME WORDS ABOUT OUR PHILOSOPHY:

- we explore our consciousness as a sphere in which external reality is “created”. At some point in our lives, we realized that our consciousness is primary in relation to external reality, and by dealing with the limitations in our consciousness (in the form of beliefs, convictions, fears, unconscious desires), we can “change” our reality. It works for us and we decided to practice our possibilities in this by going on a trip. Will we be able to travel, healing our mental limitations, and “create” that reality in which we will be interested, joyful and exciting?
We like to tell people about it, give them the opportunity to choose a point of view on their lives and give them powerful tools of consciousness. If you are interested, we will be happy to tell you about it.

- we consciously chose to quit a job we don't like - in the sense of not exchanging the time of our lives for activities that was not interesting for us. We know that each of us can give more to ourselves and to this world, by unlock our true potential. And this is what we are doing for the time.

- we see that a new way of interaction is being created and expanded among people, based on mutual cooperation not only for the sake of money, but simply for the joy and pleasure of the process. Many people, tired of routine life, are in search of their true talents, to share with others, exchanging experiences, opening up new relevant areas of activity for people. This is the process of human evolution and we want to be a part of it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

- we are interested to meet people who are enjoying their way to live the life and passionate about thing they are doing. People, who have found or are looking for their own path, or vocation. It is interesting for us to get into your experience, path, plans - this inspires and pleases us for real, because we are also in search of our "life projects". If you want to find it, we will be happy to help you - this is what we do in our business.

- we are interested to meet people who develop new, innovative projects in any field, realizing new ways of interaction between people, or people with the environment, based on mutual benefit, interest, development, because we see this as a real prospect for all mankind and the planet, as an alternative to old ways of doing business.

- we like to communicate simply and openly with people about life, ourselves, our path, etc. It is interesting for us (and this is our talent and way of interacting with people through sessions and consultations) to help people (only if they need it) to find relevant answers inwards, and help them realize what is important for their happiness. Help to discover their own strengths and talents and deal with the limitations that prevent them from living the life they want. For we know that within each of us there is limitless potential, we just need to know how we can turn it on. We are happy to share our skills, as we live this experience ourselves, and we want more people in the world to discover their unique way of being happy.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
a lot of, primary - kind of music, that makes us feel true feelings inside. Can be instrumental, electronic, vocal, classic. Emil have passion for old time music from Italy, Soviet, and USA.
Love to explore what people love to listen, and set them music that we like.
Movies:
Emil like old Hollywood movies (from 1930s to 1980s), also generally old times movies.
But we both like "really good" movies: Cohen brothers, Tarantino, etc

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- We have made our choice in this life. Who are we - the creators of our reality, or those who are forced to depend on external circumstances?
- we have chosen to believe in the infinite source of Love inwards us)
- we travelled from Azerbaijan to Norway mostly by hitchhiking.

Teach, Learn, Share

We can share with you or teach you:
- mindfulness techniques - instruments of consciousness, that can help you to deal with the life situations thats makes you unhappy
- meditation - what is it for, how you can use it in your life, teach you how can
- Qigong - Emil practices Qigong in few years and can tell about it and learn easy and effective exercises to relief stress or anxiety
- tell about physics of consciousness - or how our consciousness "affects" reality and how it works for us.
- share our experience and skills in art therapy - cool way to "take out" a lot of uncomfortable feelings that hide inside, and transform them into your strength
- photography? if you are interested in making photos with film camera, so Emil have some experience with it
