About Me

Hello guys ;)

for the past 5 years i have been travelling around the world and I definitely want to continue doing that.
I have seen and experienced a lot and am thankful for all the opportunities I got. Right now I took a brake from all this going around and being a nomad for so long, and settled down in this cute little town of Oldenburg. Here i am enjoying the "normal life" and am studying biology, to become a marine biologist., because water is my passion ;D My parents are from Russia but I was born in Berlin, for me the best city in Germany and my beloved home. Berlin is a great city to explore and to live in, but I felt like leaving to experience the life in a small town. During my travels i met my boyfriend, who after more than two years of being together, moved with me from Canada to Oldenburg.

BTW feel free to check out our Instagram account for some travel pics ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been on Couchsurfing for a while now, but never had the opportunity to host anyone, due to my nomadic lifestyle. right now i want to take the chance and host someone, to give back what i experienced on my travels. The kindness of people is incredible and i love to listen to their stories. I met so many amazing people on the way and the craziest life stories, THANKS again :O

Furthermore, I think Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to experience a city in its fullest. You see the places with the eyes of a local and get the chance to go off the beaten path. Plus its free ;D
unfortunately I haven´t had the chance to use Couchsurfing so much, because i found it quite hard to find a host in certain areas :/ hopefully I can change that in the future
