i'm from california, i have travelled a lot in europe & the USA and i love it :) i lived in france a few times, I have lived in NYC and the bay area as well. i like music, im very laid back. i graduated from college for design and management. i do childcare & i like books & on my free time i hang out, visit friends, walk around or do yoga. I work at a museum, I like to draw, take pictures, paint, do crafts

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i have stayed with many people and it is the best way to travel :) I have hosted in NYC when i was living there but at the moment I don't have my own apartment so I'm not hosting.
i sometimes go to meet-ups if it works with my schedule

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

stayed in amsterdam a couple times and paris a few times so far; all great experiences, couchsurfing is the best way to travel by far and meet new people :)
we have had quite a few people stay with us, MOSTLY all good experiences, met some really amazing people & a couple strange ones as well.

movies: my favorite movie is dazed and confused, but i like a lot of movies, i like john waters movies like cecil b demented & pink flamingos & lots of other movies like big lebowski etc... i like scary movies too. i like tv shows like twin peaks, friends, american horror story, boardwalk empire, sailor moon, charmed

music: i dunno there are a lot i like most types of music that i can think of except i am not a huge pop music fan.

books: i read a lot, my favorite book is the once and future king, but i enjoy all kinds of books; love harry potter, any kurt vonnegut books, tom robbins, atonement, game of thrones series, mystery books, malcolm gladwell books, there are so many ...
