Photo taker, mountain climber, beer/wine drinker, and full of good ridiculous nonsense. Interested in moving abroad - currently Australia or New Zealand are top choices with my current life status.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've meet people from a hostel in Japan that were here on CouchSurfing and I didn't realize it!

I went to a wonderful picnic get together in Sapporo and it was lots of fun :)

Was hosted in Kyoto at the last minute by an amazing host.

Really like historical gladiator/roman stuff.
I also enjoy Lost in Translation, I Heart Huckabees, Broken Flowers, Black Dynamite, Machete, Airplane, Blazing Saddles and pretty much all of Monty Python. Also the Mighty Boosh!

I've been at school too much recently so readings been stuff on sociology, geography, anthropology and photography. When I get to reading casually I like fantasy/scifi/travel with some mystery and comedy mixed in.

Music? Alabama Shakes/Little Feat/Kishidan/O.A.R./Pepper (I listen to a lot of stuff...too many to list!)

Was in the 3/11 Japanese Earthquake.
Climbed a glacier (and conquered some mountains!)
I participate in a 16mile mountain race every year.
Have had 3 art shows in my lifetime so far!
