ABOUT ME

hey everybody, my name is shahar, I'm 28 years old. I play the clarinet, recorder, guitar and singing, like almost all kinds of music.
I was learning in the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance. and was traveling a lot in Jerusalem, which is one of the most interesting cities i know. I really like to meet new people, to play music with, to hug, to speak with, and to know other lifestyles.
I am also an Alexander Technique teacher (check it out 😛), and dealing with 'The Work' of Byron Katie

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I was learning Tora. which is the Literature and Pilosophy of Judaism.

I'm studying the Alexander Technique which is an amazing method about how to use our body in the best way during daily actions.

I'm doing therapy in Byron Katie method 'the work' which is life-changing therapy (at least for me!)

and use to learn from you all kinds of philosophies that can help me during this lifetime.
