Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am a visiting researcher in Oklahoma State University, U.S. I arrived in February and my stay in U.S. will be 8 months. I am attending a conference in Urbana Champagne, IL at the end of May and so, guessed it might be a good opportunity to also visit Chicago then.

So, I just joined Couchsurfing to get to know new people in Chicago, get some information about interesting places to visit in Chicago, and hopefully, find a place to stay in for 1 to 2 nights.
