I am an adventurous, fun, free spirit! I love meeting new people, trying new things and challenging my comfort zone. Easy-going, social, and interesting. I graduated with my Bachelors in Psychology and Painting. I taught English as a Second Language in Spain, and absolutely loved it. My dream is to live, and that is what I am doing. I am soo happy to share beautiful mother earth with the rest of humanity. I am a lover, a believer, and just darn awesome, haha. My friends and family ike to call me little yoda, as I tend to give mini motivational speaches here and there. My goal is to spread peace around the world, and uplift all. Be You, or Live trying!

I am interested in a healthy lifestyle. (Wine is good for you right...?). I find it soo important to express yourself creatively, and make time to do the things i love, painting, playing the guitar, salsa dancing, and creating my reality. Im all about excercising the mind, body, and soul, and include meditation into my daily life. I am a true believer and advocate for human rights, and have volunteered for many women empowering organizations. It is my duty to help others, give and you shall receive. I loooove to travel, and learn other languages, never afraid to be lost, just to find myself.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volunteering in Senegal, West Africa was a life changing experience, really triggering my travelers itch. working with young women, and empowering them was so rewarding and i learned soo much about myself and them. From teaching the young girls painting techniques and creating two beautiful murals at the neighboring school, to learning how to communicte through a language barrier, It was amazing. My favorite experience there is quite indescribable, but it was the moment when I found absolute peace and freedom, during a bon fire and african drum circle off the coast of Senegal on Ngore Island. Senegal left me with this message " Release all negativity, because you are doing your personal growth a disfavor. Rid yourself of judgement, jelousy, and fear, and life will open up so much more."

What it means to be you

To Be You is to embrace yourself. One of the most important things you can do in this lifetime is to understand the importance of loving yourself. Realize that you are a beautiful unique individual. It is our differences that make us glow! When I speak of differences, I speak of the characteristics within your person that set you apart from the pack. That part of your personality that attracts positive and progressive movement. You have to realize that beauty comes from within. One of the many concepts taught to us by our society is that beauty is the physical. It is not only unfair but improbable to have a standard of beauty for all people to aspire to be. The standard is so far from natural, that to become “beautiful” in this society, you must wear a mask, hide your true self. It is like playing a role, in which you are acting to please others. You are living out of fear of judgement. You have to go beyond this concept of beauty to understand that beauty is within. When you love yourself, it radiates through you, and touches others. People are attracted to positive energy. The mind ,the body, the universe, all are bundles of energy. When your energy is love, your thoughts are love, your image of self is love, your reality is love, your being is love. To love yourself is to know that you are perfect just the way you are. You define who you are. You compare yourself to no one because you are incomparable. We are taught to judge ourselves off of the basis of others, of society. But in doing so, you allow for your self worth to be determined by outside factors. Its time for you to determine you, thereby becoming you. Know that you are perfect because you are true to you. When you are true to you, you are comfortable in your own beautiful skin, you become aware of your power and strength, you can determine your destiny, you love yourself, and you become free. You become you!

There is so much power behind the concept of being you, because you are all powerful. To be you is to know that no matter what happens, every moment is beautiful, because you have conquered the greatest obstacle in life’s experience: Knowing who you are, and loving who you are, and living life through you.
