About Me
CURRENT MISSION
change my nationality to couch surfer
ABOUT ME
I am interested in meeting all kinds of people and love traveling. I have visited a number of countries and would love to share experiences. I've been couch surfing for years through a network of international friends and enjoy the formal Couch Surfering system.
PHILOSOPHY
The point of travel is not to see the Eiffel Tower, but rather to talk to someone on a street corner
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
This summer my brother is teaching me how to garden, we're trying to eat more locally, we also like to support farmer's markets. I spend a lot of time thinking about reducing poverty through policy.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I stayed with Renata in Porto Alegre and had the best first time couch surfer experience one could imagine. I'm looking forward to more hosting and surfing coming up soon.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Lived in Oaxaca. Sao Morro de Paulo had the best sunset I've ever seen. Coolest hotel ever was in Cartegena. Had a nice day hiking in Oman. Jungle at night in Costa Rica. Unexpected adventures are even better than regular adventures. I still remember people I met on trains 15 years ago.
