My name is Shana - rhymes with Banana. I'm 25 and have spent the last 8 wonderful years living in Seattle, but I just temporarily moved back to Spokane on a whim, and it would be cool to maybe do some hosting while i'm here...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted many times and also have attended some Couchsurfing events. I have couchsurfed in the San Juan Islands, New Orleans and a couple times in Costa Rica.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had many incredible, memorable experiences hosting and surfing. Met many amazing people, had many good times, experienced and learned alot. Lot's of geography lessons! ;) Experiences I will never forget.

Interests

Traveling is a huge interest - and people! Hence, being on Couchsurfing. I love road tripping and doing anything outdoors: Camping, Backpacking, Rockclimbing, laying on the beach, etc. Seattle is an amazing place for the outdoors. I'm very into being healthy and Seattle is amazing for that as well. Going to festivals is one of my favorite things...being immersed in things foreign to me in one of favorite things. I love learning and trying new things and want to meet people who can teach me things and really have something to offer to the world. I also love cooking. And being cooked for, duh. I am fascinated by culture and love learning and experiencing other cultures. Oh, and animals of course! I can't wait for the day that I have a lil' farm and can have all the pets my little heart desires.
