ABOUT ME

I'm very excited about life and my upcoming travels.

I love video games, laughing, crocheting, whiskey, exploring new places and most importantly; meeting new people!

I grew up in California and moved to Arizona when I was 16. I graduated with a degree in Fiber Arts (aka grandma art). I enjoy many forms of fiber arts: weaving, sewing, embroidering, screen printing, crocheting, spinning yarn, and more.

I currently have two small online shops where I sell crocheted goods (one shop sells inappropriate pet toys and the other sells Star Wars and video game themed toys, dog hats and people hats.)

Instead of having a large wedding (waste of money, to me at least), my husband and I decided to get married in San Francisco city hall and use the money we saved to travel for three months (visiting New York, Boston, Holland, Belgium, France, Spain, Portugal and possibly more).

We are doing a combination of help-xing, Airbnb and Couchsurfing (with your help!!)

I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people and hearing about their life adventures.

I'm currently vegetarian (taking a break from veganism so I don't drive my helpx hosts crazy... and so I can eat loads of delicious European cheese... sorry cows/goats/sheep/etc.)

After our European travels we will be heading back to Arizona to tie up loose ends, and then we will be living in Hawaii for a bit. After that, we have no idea what to do, which is pretty exciting.

I have a tiny black pug named Yoshi who I miss terribly.

Once I have a permanent (or semi-permanent) home again, I would love to host.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did Bikram yoga for 28 days straight (and didn't die) and quit my day job to travel.

I've seen Amsterdam, Brugge and France.

I've once eaten an entire log of cookie dough.

Want to learn how to crochet, embroider or do other arts & crafty things? let me sleep on your couch and you shall! I can teach you how to make a delicious grilled cheese sandwich, bake cookies and improve your Mario Kart skills.
