Hi, my name is Shane. Last year I did a half year road trip through the US and got to know the wonderful world of couchsurfing. Now that it's summer and I finally got some time off from my studies, I'm excited to host some people at my place and show them around the city I grew up in.

Please only request to stay about 2 weeks in advance or less. I don't really have a steady schedule or know my own plans that far ahead, so I just can't make any promises. I want to be a good host and not just be that guy you barely hung out with. Which means I need to have some time available. If you request earlier, I can probably only give you a maybe and we all know maybes suck. Don't make me hand out maybes, please 🙏

I actually got into this when I went along with a friend of mine who was couch surfing at the time. Through joining him I made a lot friends and fun experiences, so I want to continue doing that!

兴趣

I'm super into computer science so you could call me a bit of a geek. I also love nature and hiking through it or just lazily sitting at a beach or swimming pool and swim.

音乐、电影和书籍

I listen mostly to a lot of electronic music, hip-hop and some bands. I used to be super into producing music myself and I still do sometimes even though now I do understand that what I make isn't that good haha. It's still fun to mess around though.
My favorite movie ever is Scott Pilgrim vs The World. I probably have watched it more than 15 times already and I still enjoy it.
