I'm an early 20's male who's just out on an adventure. I'm heading around Western Europe solo for a couple of month hoping to find plenty of good food, culture, scenery and friends. It's my first time away so I'll be making the most of it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm hoping to keep meet the locals and get a genuine experience of where I'm staying. What better way to do that is there than meet the locals?? I've enjoyed meeting foreign students from all over the world at uni and have thoroughly benefited from our shared experiences. I'd like to continue doing just that.

Interests

I'm generally quite a sporty person and like spending time outdoors. I've recently began hiking and would love to do plenty of it while I'm away. I've always enjoyed learning whether it be from books, university or other people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm not much of a movie buff though I enjoy the odd flick regardless of genre. I've always enjoyed reading adventure books when I get the chance! I'm a huge fan of music and although I enjoy mostly hard rock and heavy metal I've been known to listen to everything from pop music to classical on occasion.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

As a bit of a city-slicker climbing a nearby mountain to watch sunset over the hinterland was amazing. The softer light offers a totally different perspective to that of sunshine.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a native English speaker and would be very willing to speak with people wishing to practise. I'm always up for a chat and love hearing about current events from a different perspective while sharing mine - politely of course! I love learning about other cultures and traditions as I often find similar traits in my own.

I'm a clean and polite person who is easy going and good company. I've got plenty of tales from my own travels and a few myths I've heard about.
